We want you to love what you ordered — and we want to be upfront about how it gets to you. Because every item in our store is made especially for you through our print-on-demand partners there's a little extra love (and time) that goes into each order. Here's everything you need to know.

🎨 Production Time

Before your order ships, it needs to be printed and prepared. This typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the product and current demand. We appreciate your patience — good things take a little time!

🚚 Shipping Times & Costs

Once your order has been produced, it'll be on its way to you. Estimated delivery times from dispatch are:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

↩️ Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made to order just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or simply changing your mind. We encourage you to check our size guides carefully before placing your order.

However, we absolutely want to make things right if something goes wrong. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, please get in touch with us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
